The new boys' dorm will eventually house 280 boys: 140 on the ground floor and 140 on the first floor. The building will have a dorm configuration, in that there will not be cubicles as in the girls' dorm which has 10 spaces with 10 girls in each space. Showers and toilets will be on each end of the building.

There will be 8 construction phases, each taking about a month so it will take approximately 8 months with occupancy expected in May 2019.

If it is not fully occupied right away, faculty may use the lower space.
